Preparation takes 2 working days, except for orders placed with express delivery before 10:00 am (Monday to Friday), which are processed the same day.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or French public holiday will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day.
During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be delivered separately, possibly on different dates.
